Online Lessons

1. Phone/other mobile device users: download “ZOOM Cloud Meetings” app on whichever app store you use, then open the app and skip to Step 5.

   Computer users: go to https://zoom.us/download and proceed to Step 2.

2. Under the first title option labeled “Zoom Client for Meetings” click the Download button – the Zoom Installer should immediately begin to download (you can see this process on the bottom toolbar of your webpage).

3. Once the download is complete, click on the file from the webpage to open.

4. Follow and complete the installer setup instructions. It should immediately launch when finished.

5. Launch Zoom if not opened already, then click “Sign In.” If you do not have an account, please create one under your child’s name (this will be easier for the office staff to check your child in.

6. After you log in, click the link that corresponds with the group your teacher is in. Be sure to dial in using device audio and video – so your teacher can hear you and see you!             

7. When your lesson time is up, the Office Manager will put the next student in, and you can simply click the red “Leave Meeting” button.

 

That’s it! The process shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes to be ready to go! Please be in touch ASAP with the Office Staff if for any reason you have trouble logging into the account or navigating the Zoom program/app, so we will have a chance to walk you through it before your first online lesson.
