The Mentorship Program at LSSM encourages personal growth in life, school, and career, offers educational resources for artist development, empowers youth to believe in themselves, and strengthens the community through group collaboration.
Why Mentorship?
Workshops and Mastermind Groups
Workshops and mastermind groups offer practical guidance to help youth and young adults thrive in life, school, and career. Young people participate in enriching classes on finances, job interview skills, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Students learn to believe in themselves, through group interaction and supportive LSSM mentors.
Educational and Inspiring Courses
Educational and inspiring courses that provide specialized training in musicianship and the arts, teach practical life skills, encourage personal growth, and build students confidence. The courses are updated on a quarterly basis with new content, and remain free for enrolled LSSM students and parents.
LSSM Ambassadors Program
LSSM Ambassadors Program is for LSSM students ages 13 -18, who desire to receive personalized coaching, mentorship, and practical guidance from the LSSM team. LSSM Ambassadors intern with LSSM, participate in fun activities, get involved in community service, and represent LSSM at special events.
