LSSM Performs at Ivy Springs Senior Center
LSSM - Bringing Music to the Community!
On July 27th LSSM had the pleasure of performing at Ivy Springs Senior Center, sharing songs, piano, and other instruments with smiles for the wonderful residents. It was a heartwarming afternoon filled with laughter, memories, and of course—music!
We’re grateful for the opportunity to give back to our community and connect through the joy of performance.

Playing Lacrosse and Singing. I love to travel to new countries.

A professional singer

I love History and Social Studies.
6. What is the coolest thing you have learned in your lessons?
I love performing, but I can also be shy at times. Singing has helped me slowly overcome that shyness and find that inner courage.

LSSM's Monthly Core Value
Love is one of our core values at LSSM because it is something we value as a staff and as teachers and want to embody. In my life, I feel and know love by seeing those closest to me lay down their life forme in many ways. My parents have laid down so much to raise me and provide for me. My husband has demonstrated his love for me by putting his own wants and wishes to the side for my highest good. For me, love is sacrifice (giving)! I hope as a teacher and staff member that I can live out this value by laying down what I want for the good of those around me. My question for all of us is: What is something that you can lay down or give up today to show someone that you love and care for them? Let's be generous and think of others more highly than ourselves.
